Forecast Manager

Green Beacon's Forecast Manager enables reps and managers to better manage their sales pipeline. The tool, which is integrated with Onyx, enables reps to filter their opportunities by products, clients, status, region, marketing campaign, and other data, and to open company, individual, or sales opportunity records with one click. Reps can actually manage their relationships from the Forecast Manager! A manager view is also provided to show visibility across entire teams. The report can be printed, exported to Excel or PDF, and emailed on a schedule so that users receive the report just before a weekly sales meeting, etc.

Sales Dashboard

The sales dashboard provides a summary 'state of the business' overview for sales and executive managers. We work with your business stakeholders to define the key performance indicators (KPIs) that are the best measures of your business' performance. We then create a comprehensive dashboard to show your performance against goals, and the state of your current business trends. The dashboard is interactive, allowing you to click through to the underlying details, and even to directly open the related company, individual, and sales opportunity records in Onyx.

Weekly Review

The Weekly Review report was designed to assist sales managers in their weekly conversations with their reps regarding customer conversations since the last meeting. The report can be filtered by group (for a team meeting) or by rep (for an individual meeting), and displays information about the customer, the sales opportunity, and the most recent worknotes from the reps discussion. Changes can be made on the fly with the integrated, one-click access to the related company, contact, and opportunity records in Onyx, which can be opened directly from the report. The Weekly Review report has been successfully used by sales managers to help reps with customer conversations, and manage the overall sales pipeline to closure.

Quota Management

The quota management tool enables managers to set goals on a quarterly basis for each rep in terms of product revenue and quantity. The tool also provides the ability to track actual data either from a data feed or manual input, so managers and representatives can review their performance against plan. Summary reports were developed for the sales manager to show the sales pipeline, quotas, and achievement of goal.


Scheduler
The Scheduler provides daily, monthly, and weekly views of incidents and tasks. Users can easily navigate between the views directly from the calendar. They can open incidents directly from the scheduler views, or can opt for a quick edit view at the bottom of the schedule window for editing key incident fields like description, status, recall, and resolution codes.

Lead List

Lead List enables sales representatives to import and manage targeted call lists. Reps can create new lists by selecting existing contacts in Onyx, or by import a list of contacts from an Excel spreadsheet. The import process automatically checks the list for existing records in CRM, and does not import duplicate records. Once imported, the rep can perform a number of bulk actions against the list including emailing the contacts and creating a sales opportunity for each contact for follow up. Finally, the reps can make calls directly from the lead list, which provides one-click access to the related company, individual, or sales opportunity in Onyx.

Opportunity Manager

The Onyx Task Manager provides users with the ability to manage their opportunities, incidents, tasks, and emails. One of the most common complaints we hear from users is that Task Manager does not provide enough filters for data - specifically product. Green Beacon developed the Opportunity Manager to provide users with the additional filters they need to better manage their opportunities and tasks. Users can custom select how to group their data - by status, priority, product, customer, or any other data - and the most commonly requested filters have been included. Additional filters can be quickly added to the reports, and users can launch the corresponding Onyx records with one-click access. Just like Task Manager, the Opportunity Manager also allows users to save filtered versions of their selections for quick access. The Opportunity Manager enables your sales team to more efficiently manage their opportunities.
