Vice President, Consulting-Delivery
Position Summary: Green Beacon Solutions is seeking a Vice President (VP) of Consulting-Delivery who will be based out of the Company's main headquartners in Newton, MA.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the VP, Consulting-Delivery is a strategic senior executive and leader whose primary responsibilities will be to lead, manage, develop and grow Green Beacons' Delivery organization. As such, he/she will have ultimate authority over the delivery of successful projects to clients.
The VP, Consulting-Delivery will lead a professional services team of Delivery Managers who are responsible for project management, scheduling and utilization, as well as career growth and succession planning for the entire Delivery team. He/she will play a key role in influencing the way in which clients engage our services, with the goal of increasing the level of services provide and the overall value to the client.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Senior Consulting Delivery Manager
- 15 years of consulting experience, preferably in a professional services environment
- Knowledgeable in customer relationship management (CRM) systems (i.e. Onyx/Consona, Sales Logix, Microsoft Dynamics CRM or equivalent), or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX is desirable).
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft development technologies is desirable
- Strong verbal and written communications skills, and the ability to work in a team-based development environment
- Strong customer-facing skills
- Self-guided and able to manage and mentor others
- Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time
