Associate Consultant (CRM):

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent
  • 0-3 years of professional experience
  • Ability to understand client's business requirements
  • Technical Skills including SQL, XML, ASP, .NET, additional experience with C# and Visual Basic a plus
  • Strong work ethic and good attitude
  • Experience with CRM systems a plus

 

Associate Consultant (ERP):

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Supply Chain/Manufacturing related field
  • 0-3 years of professional experience
  • Ability to understand client's business requirements
  • Strong work ethic and good attitude
  • Experience with ERP or Accounting systems a plus

 

Managing Consultant (CRM or ERP):

  • M.S. or B.S. in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent
  • Expertise in development of complex CRM and ERP applications and management of full project delivery life-cycle.
  • Ability to interface with client management and technical staff to determine business requirements.
  • Superior communication skills to translate business requirements into technical designs. Must also manage the development of these designs.
  • Management skills, from project delivery to managing and mentoring team members

 

Senior Consultant (CRM or ERP):

  • Several years consulting experience with the implementation, integration, and customization of ERP or CRM applications
  • Ability to derive business requirements from facilitated client sessions
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs
  • Ability to supervise small teams of developers
  • Project management skills
  • Technical Skills: SQL Server, Stored Procedures, IIS, ASP, VB/VB Script, and Networking Architecture
  • Experience managing budgets
  • .Net experience is a plus

 

Engagement Manager (CRM or ERP):

  • Several years consulting experience with ERP/CRM implementation, integration, and/or customization
  • Ability to derive business requirements from facilitated client sessions
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs
  • Ability to supervise small team
  • Project management skills and experience
  • Understanding of leading edge technologies
  • Knowledge of CRM and ERP industries
  • Team management experience
  • Budget management experience
  • Big 5 training a plus
