Terms and Conditions:

  • Offer available to new Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 customers only, and is not available to customers who have licensed previous versions of Microsoft Dynamics AX.
  • Customers must migrate from a Lawson M3 or S3 ERP product installation, or previous versions of these products with a minimum of 25 users. This installation of Lawson M3 or S3 ERP software must be deployed and running (in production before the offer period began on September 8, 2011.
  • The initial order must have a minimum of one Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 server license and one user license, and a total license value of $100,000 or greater. There is no limit on the maximum order size. Customers can order any combination and number of Client Access License (CAL) types.
  • The offer is available from September 8, 2011 until end of business day on June 22, 2012, and is not retroactive nor can it be combined with any other offer or promotion.
  • This offer does not apply to the Business Ready Enhancement Plan (BREP) fees.
  • Customers must order one year BREP with the initial order. Customers may also sign up for a three year BREP along with this offer; regular BREP terms and conditions apply. BREP will be based on the regular Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 list price of the licens, not the price resulting from this offer.
  • All purchases beyond the initial order will be priced based on the regular Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 price list.
  • Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
